Chalet P’ti Prince is a charming and welcoming chalet that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four elegant double bedrooms. Spread over three floors, it offers a warm and inviting living space on the middle level, featuring comfortable sofas, a large TV, and a spacious dining area where everyone can gather together.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen sits conveniently beside the dining area, perfect for preparing and sharing delicious meals. On this same floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Large sliding doors open from the dining area onto a sunny, expansive deck furnished with comfortable seating, a gas barbecue, and a flat garden, all enjoying magnificent views over the valley. The balcony wraps gracefully around to the front of the chalet, making the most of the spectacular alpine scenery.
Upstairs, there are three generous bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom complete with double sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. All bedrooms can be arranged as double or twin rooms, offering flexibility for families or groups.
Outside, there is ample parking for 4–5 cars, including a covered carport and a spacious garage, ideal for securely storing bikes, skis, or mountain equipment.

SEYTROUX AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
Seytroux is a charming alpine village that offers an authentic and peaceful mountain experience. It boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant open all year round, as well as a relaxed summer bar and restaurant beautifully located on the banks of the river. From your doorstep, a network of walking trails winds through forests and pastures, rewarding you with breathtaking views over the valley.
Just a short drive away, Morzine is famous for its outdoor activities, charming alpine architecture, and vast lift network connecting it to the Portes du Soleil ski area. In winter, it becomes a skier’s paradise, while in summer, it welcomes mountain bikers, hikers, and families eager to explore the great outdoors.
A little further down the valley lies Lac Léman (Lake Geneva), with its beautiful beaches, picturesque lakeside villages, and restaurants serving freshly caught fish — the perfect destination for a relaxed day trip.

Pti Prince is independently owned and has been lovingly furnished with our guests comfort in mind.
On your arrival you will find all beds made up and towels are provided, the kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, there is complimentary WiFI and your end-of-stay clean is included in the price. A washing machine and dryer are provided and there is a travel cot and high chair available if required.
